Privacy Policy on Membership and Access
Vicphysics gathers information solely to manage your participation with the activities and use of resources of Vicphysics.
All collected information will be protected against loss and unauthorised use or disclosure. Vicphysics will not disclose individual information to third parties without seeking express permission first.
Email addresses
Vicphysics will only use your email address if you send messages in relation to your queries or your subscription. Your email address will not be disclosed to third parties without your permission and will be stored securely.

Payment Policy
Individual payment: Payment can be done online with a credit card. This is preferred. An EFT option is available. Access to benefits will be automatic.
School payments: It is preferred that payment is made online with a credit card. An EFT option is available. Access to benefits will be automatic.
If the school wishes to pay by electronic funds transfer, an invoice email with bank account details will be generated. If a pdf of the invoice is desired for admin purposes, one can be requested. Once a transfer has been confirmed, access to benefits will follow.
Refund Policy
A partial refund is available if the request is received within two months for the start of the annual membership or access. No refund is available after that time. There will be an administration fee of $10 deducted from the payment. Requests must be made to treasurer@vicphysics.org .
