This professional development activity is for teachers who have been asked by their school to have in the one class for next year, students studying Year 11 Physics and students studying Year 12 Physics. The PD will also be of value to those who are currently in this situation.
This situation has challenges of:
- designing courses for this configuration,
- using different teaching strategies and
- negotiating with school administration to obtain support for yourself and your students.
The PD will be a one-hour Zoom event after school starting at 4pm on Wednesday 2ist October. There will be also participants who can share their experiences and provide advice. Some resources are listed below.
